  • United States Citizen
  • Current or Active SSBI security clearance at the TS/SCI level 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated experience and ability to translate customer requirements into system requirements for custom software application aligned with the enterprise architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to identify technical and programmatic risks based on technical requirements and designs, and provides solutions to address those risks.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical requirements or customer needs into technical architectural designs.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of software development project life cycles, agile and waterfall
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with multiple demanding customers, set and control customer expectations, and control project scope while working directly with them.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to assess project problems and provide recommendations for resolution.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated ability and experience with project planning and control gates, including creating and executing risk management strategies, project plans/schedules, and tracking progress against such.
  • Demonstrated experience developing cloud architectures based on AWS Services and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and developing business processes based on technical requirements, to include process map designs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current or Active SSBI security clearance at the TS/SCI level 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Working experience in an object-oriented software design and development language such as .NET, Ruby, or Java/J2EE.
  • Software and system-level debugging experience including the ability to identify problems in established code and make modifications as necessary
  • Experience with software execution throughout the entire software life cycle (preliminary design through maintenance phases)
  • Ability to analyze needs and write, design, code, and test software applications

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), to include REST and SOAP
  • Experience with Java and the Spring Framework, to include Spring MVC
  • Experience with JSON, XML, OWL, or RDF data representation formats
  • Experience with customer interaction and end-user engagement
  • Experience integrating software (modules, components, subsystems)
  • Experience preparing and presenting status information and technical material
